For years, I had casually wondered about this business. Working in construction sales & project management throughout the mid 2000s, my primary focus was on serving land developers, custom home builders & their clients building new homes around the Pittsburgh region. It didn’t take long to figure out that Pittsburgh is a very small town from a business perspective, where your reputation is by far – your most valuable asset.

Fast forward several years & I began to ask if my time invested into this field was really a stepping stone or foundation towards something else. Shortly after, I was at a crossroads with a serious decision to make – stay in construction, a business I knew well, or dive into real estate full time. It had to be one or the other, but not both. With two young kids at home at the time & a new mortgage on our backs, my wife & I did not take this lightly as there was no “plan-B.” Looking back now, making this decision without a backup plan was a huge blessing in disguise, forcing me to go all-in & not allowing failure to be an option. 

I’ve always believed in the significance of first impressions as you only have one shot & hit the ground running with the help of the fines architectural photographers, professional stagers & commercial printing companies in the business. As a global industry leader, Keller Williams Realty provided the right atmosphere, systems, tools & technological platforms for me to be effective with my time & connected with my clients. I was also very fortunate early on to surround myself with some great outside professionals who have since become my trusted resources in lending, legal / settlement services, inspections, contracting & more. Since then, in a joint effort, we have successfully closed nearly $50 Million in real estate transactions & formed some amazing relationships along the way!
